When will it be?

We are planning on 7-10 PM on Saturday, November 27, 2021 (the Saturday after Thanksgiving).

What does my $40 cover?

The $40 cover charge will give you access to an open bar (beer, wine, and well drinks) and an appetizer buffet.

What about COVID-19?

We will follow the local government rules & regulations regarding COVID-19 and will send updates as we get closer to the event.

Furthermore, the venue may set rules regarding masks, vaccinations, etc.

If large in-person gatherings are impractical (or outright illegal) in November, we will reschedule and offer refunds for those that cannot attend.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! But please remember to note that in your RSVP and send in an additional $40/person for each guest.

How do I RSVP?

Fill out this Google survey and then make sure to pay the cover charge to Heidi Drauschak.

How much will it cost?

We want to keep this event as affordable as possible, but also want to offer food, drinks, and a nice(ish) venue.

Therefore, the cost will be $40 per person (meaning if you bring a significant other, it's $40 for you and an additional $40 for your partner).

Pay for the event via PayPal.

How do I pay?

We will use PayPal to collect money.

You don't need a PayPal account to do this (but it's free and easy to make), but without an account, you can only pay via credit card.

If you have an account and pay from your Bank Account, there are no fees (like Venmo). If you pay with a credit card, there is a 3% fee (like Venmo).

Heidi Drauschak will be handling the funds. Once the money is collected, she will use the funds to pay for the venue.
